Treetop escape, Georgia, USA

Treetop escape, Georgia, USA

Hidden in the trees just minutes from downtown Atlanta you’ll find this unique collection of secluded treehouse rooms for your exclusive use. The treehouse consists of three separate areas – Mind, Body and Spirit – and all are connected by beautifully crafted rope bridges. Each room has a theme, with Mind for the sitting room area and Spirit for the outdoor deck area with a hammock. The Body area is the bedroom, which sleeps two and has a large double bed with wheels, so you can move it out to the platform that overlooks the stream below for a night under the stars. The mattress has a warmer for cool evenings, and there’s a large (but silent) fan for hot weather, while the tin roof enhances the sound of the rain on stormy nights. It’s hard to believe that the house is just a short distance from the busy town, where you can access local restaurants, bars and entertainment. Afterwards, you can return to the tranquillity of your private retreat in the woods for a holiday of two halves.
